Youth ministry have become one of the most important ministries in the church of Jesus Christ. Our youth is faced with the stress and pressure of the schools, the level of acceptance on social media, the never-ending influence of their friends, the strong impact of today’s music, the rapidly-changing fashion statements, the fear of the future and even the circumstances at home are all but some of the factors that determines our youth’s attitudes, dreams, characters, security and identities. With the continual battle between good and evil, life and death, war and peace, order and confusion, purpose and just ‘strolling-around’ we need to give our youth the correct guidance they need to fulfil their God-given mandates on earth.

With the example that Jesus left us, we can see that the answer to life and fulfilling our roles right here and now is in The Kingdom that He came to re-establish in our hearts. The Youth that are willing to step out of their comfort zones and be used by God in this century do not need another religion,  theology, false doctrine, man-made rules, programs to keep them out of trouble or even a role model. What they do need is a relationship with our Lord Jesus, the Kingdom Within, the Truth, Scripture-inspired principles, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit and leaders that will lead them to fulfill their callings that God, by His Divine Breath, placed in their hearts.

If you are a youth kid and are raising your hand to accept the call of Jesus in your life, if you want to be led by the Spirit, if you want to go against the norm of this world; then accept the fresh fire that is falling upon us and join in the revival for God’s Kingdom to come.

The time for being lazy and letting the older generations do all the work is finished. Now is the time to change our lives. Now is the time to influence our schools and towns. Now is the time for “KINGDOM COME”!
